**Rich Habits Wrestling Camp Terms and Conditions**

**1. Registration and Payment:**
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Camp spots are limited and secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

**2. Waiver of Liability:**
By registering for the camp, you agree to sign our mandatory liability and medical release waiver. Participation will be denied without a signed waiver.

**3. Medical Conditions and Emergencies:**
You must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during registration. Rich Habits Wrestling Camp and its staff are authorized to seek emergency medical treatment if required.

**4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:**
All camp registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances without first contacting Rich Habits directly. Requests for refunds must be communicated directly through our customer support email at admin@richhabits.com. Refunds or cancellations initiated via banks, credit card companies, or third-party payment services without prior contact and written approval from Rich Habits will be disputed vigorously.

**5. Camp Conduct:**
Participants must comply fully with the directions and guidelines provided by camp staff. Rich Habits reserves the right to dismiss, without refund, any camper exhibiting inappropriate behavior, unsafe actions, or disrespect toward coaches, staff, or fellow campers.

**6. Media Release:**
By participating, campers and their guardians consent to the use of any photos, videos, or media captured during camp activities for promotional purposes, social media, website publications, or other marketing channels by Rich Habits.

**7. Changes to Schedule and Coaches:**
Rich Habits reserves the right to adjust camp dates, times, locations, and featured coaches due to unforeseen circumstances. Notification of such changes will be promptly communicated via email or phone.

Rich Habits Custom Gear

Rich Habits produces custom clothing, jerseys, accessories, and any other gear or merchandise items you could possibly imagine for 60+ groups and teams across the country.

Our prices are affordable and beyond competitive. We also adjust our pricing based on our customers. If you, as a customer, feel you need financial help with your gear order, we are more than happy to discuss with you oppurtunities to add scholarships and discounts to your gear order.

We don't only make sports gear. We are the gear providers for a plethora of corporate groups, orders comprising of shirts, hats, or any other merchandise for your company or a corporate event.

We produce custom team uniforms for sports teams, schools, and organizations. We produce singlets for wrestling teams, jerseys for basketball, baseball, and football teams, and much more. We also have order options for those only needing spirit gear and don't require jerseys to be ordered.

We design everything ourselves, and actually push our design services one step further than most companies. If you own or have a an item from a brand you like, we do our best to provide a Rich-Habits-made iteration of that clothing item or merchandise item.
